How do I know which program to choose?
If you are a recent college graduate or have been working for several years in a profession and have good English proficiency, you may qualify for the J-1 Intern/Trainee Program.
If you are currently enrolled in a college program and have basic English proficiency you may qualify for the J-1 SWT program.
